• Travel
      Traveling to and from a child's home is charged at 30 pence per mile.
  
• Private Health Insurance
      A referral is required by a General Practitioner or Consultant Paediatrician approved by the insurance company. A claim form will be required from the company. Please remember to get a receipt after each session. The insurance companies do not pay the therapist directly and therefore the account needs to be settled at the time of the session. Please note that the insurance companies do not pay for travel.
  
• Office Hours:
      Answer phone available for business calls from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. from Monday to Fridays. Treatment and assessment times are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and some Saturday mornings.
  
• Cancellations and Missed Appointments:
      Please give adequate notice, (at least 24 hours), if you are unable to attend. Otherwise, late cancellations and missed appointments will be subject to half charge.
  
• Telephone Consultations
  Apart from short inquires that can be dealt with quickly on the phone, it is preferable if longer discussions are kept within treatment appointments.
